ya solucione el problema ahora tengo otra
(INICIO/EJECUTAR)
y escribimos "regedit", pulsamos (ACEPTAR).
lo exploramos hasta encontrar la rama: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
/System
/CurrentControlSet
/Services
/Tcpip
/Parameters
/Interfaces
el problema es q me aparece de otra forma
